Location:
The apartment building is located in ‘IJburg’. This island was developed about 15 years ago and is famous for its unusual and bold architecture. The location is perfect, right on the IJburg harbour with some nice restaurants and terraces. Around the corner is the Theo van Gogh Park. There are many facilities in the immediate area such as primary schools, a high school, fitness, various nurseries, supermarkets and shops on the Pampuslaan. The Amsterdam-Pampus-Muiderslot ferry service leaves from the Harbour. The ‘Marina Bootclub’ offers (private) sailing lessons for all ages. The beach Strand Blijburg is around the corner and swimming in open water is possible in many places around IJburg.

Accessibility:
The location and accessibility are extremely good. The arterial roads A1 and A10 can be reached quickly. Trams and buses are within walking distance with a direct connection, to, for example, Amsterdam Central Station and Amsterdam South East.
